Order Processing Schedule:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, Pacific Standard Time (PST).

  • Orders are not processed on U.S. Postal Service holidays:
    New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Shipping Timeframes (Business Days):

  • Standard shipping timeframes apply only to U.S. orders.

  • Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may require an additional 7–10 business days.

  • Military addresses: Shipping is currently limited. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note: While most orders are processed and shipped within the stated timeframes, these are estimates and may vary depending on the item and destination. Delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping time may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Contact your country’s customs office for details on potential charges.

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on:

    • Item weight

    • Quantity

    • Shipping destination

  • Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately for safety.

  • Free shipping offers do not apply to large or special-item orders.

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Allow 5–7 business days for the tracking number to become active.

  • You’ll receive the carrier’s Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) along with tracking updates.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address Policy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you redirect a package through the carrier after it leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during redirection.
